The Butterfly Summer by Harriet Evans . Review

This is the story about a house and it's descendants , and it is told in two ways, in present day through Nina and in the past through her female relations . The main character of the story is Nina , and for a long time I was finding it hard to adjust to the time changes in the book but I got the hang of it and it started to make sense and became very intriguing. The house that the story is set around is Keepsake house and it holds many secrets and heartbreak and is passed down from generation to generation , each one having their own troubles .
This was a remarkable story of forbidden love, heartbreak and the strength of women . I recommend this to anyone , it is a very enjoyable  read , perfect to gobble up in one sitting .

I received this book for review from the lovely people over at Lovereading.co.uk
This book is going to be published May 2016 and will be available from Lovereading and all other good bookstores then.
