Library Sale Haul

I had been trying to get these first two books below for ages and was going to order them soon on line but then I came across these at my local library sale and I sure was a happy girl. Armistead Maupin is a wonderful writer!

 I was a huge fan of point horror as a teen but it's only now that I am getting around to reading/collecting these books.

 I have never read any of Noel Streatfeild's books but I am looking forward to seeing why everyone loves these books.

                                  I read it as a child and shall be re-reading it soon again.

                                I just loved the cover. I know nothing about the writer or the story.
